Taking Your Aesthetic Goals to the Next Level

Emsculpt is a popular body sculpting treatment for people wanting to transform their appearance with a slimmer, more sculpted physique. Emsculpt is a unique body contouring procedure that focuses on muscle building while burning excess fat.

Address Your Target Areas

Emsculpt helps to build muscle and burn fat from four major areas of the body that heavily constitute the appearance of your physique. Emsculpt treatment areas include the following:

  • The Abdomen: Ideal for banishing belly fat and sculpting six-pack abs for a stronger core
  • The Buttocks: Lift, tone, and firm the muscles of the buttocks with the only non-surgical alternative to a butt lift
  • The Upper Arms: Chisel your upper arms with stronger, more defined biceps and triceps
  • The Upper Legs: Firm and tone the thighs

What Makes Emsculpt Unique?

While fat constitutes 25% of our overall body composition, musculature contributes nearly 40%. Other contouring procedures, such as liposuction or CoolSculpting, only address the issue of unwanted fat. Emsculpt offers a more comprehensive solution.

Utilizing advanced HIFEM—High‐Intensity Focused Electromagnetic—energy, Emsculpt simultaneously melts away fat while building, strengthening, and toning muscles of the abdomen, buttocks, upper arms, and upper legs.

Just a single 30-minute treatment provides a superhuman workout, delivering the equivalent of 20,000 crunches, 20,000 squats, 20,000 lunges, or 20,000 bicep curls. Furthermore, this FDA-cleared treatment is virtually painless and requires no downtime.

Emsculpt vs. CoolSculpting: Which is Right for Me?

Emsculpt and CoolSculpting are both popular body contouring treatments. However, each provides its unique results. Emsculpt treatments use RF energy to effectively melt fat cells, while the HIFEM works muscles at a rate far beyond what we can do on our own during a workout.

Emsculpt sessions melt off stubborn fat while toning, strengthening, and defining the musculatures of the treatment area. CoolSculpting, on the other hand, uses advanced cooling technology or Cryolipoysis to “freeze” away fat cells.

The powerful cooling of CoolSculpting targets subcutaneous fat cells, freezing a portion of the cells in the treatment area and permanently removing them from the body as a form of waste. Both Emsculpt and CoolSculpting are effective body contouring treatments that yield impressive results.

How Emsculpt Works

Emsculpt, FDA-cleared and utilizing Highly Focused Electro-Magnetic (HIFEM) energy, sculpts muscles and reduces fat. Applicators penetrate the area, inducing powerful contractions (supramaximal contractions) impossible to achieve manually. Nicknamed the “Superman workout,” a 30-minute session triggers 20,000 contractions, leading to intense muscle building and a 27% reduction in fat via enhanced metabolic response (lipolysis).

Aftercare and Results

While there is no real recovery period required after an Emsculpt treatment, expect to experience mild muscle soreness or fatigue in the treated area. This is a normal response to the intense muscle contractions that occur during the procedure and typically resolves within a few days. Most patients obtain superior results by scheduling four treatments spaced two to three days apart. As with any body contouring procedure, individual experiences may vary. However, most people begin to see their Emsculpt results within four weeks of treatment. The improvements to your body composition continue for up to six months after the procedure.
